WHY PAD Foundation?

Personal Ability Development (PAD) Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock and non-profit organization under the N.T. Group of Companies. Established in 2007, it is accredited by TESDA for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to provide Japanese language training. PAD Foundation conducts classroom-based lessons to develop speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. Review classes for Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) are also offered. Aside from textbooks, audio-visual and other reading materials are also available for the trainees’ use.

Loyalty Awardees 2018

Last December 11, 2018, four employees from different companies of the NT Group - Philippines were given recognition for their many years of service. Being part of NT Group for over 5 years, they have witnessed and supported the growth of the company and have been providing guidance to newer members. We hope their loyalty would motivate and inspire more employees to strive for greater things in the coming years.
