WHY PAD Foundation?

Personal Ability Development (PAD) Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock and non-profit organization under the N.T. Group of Companies. Established in 2007, it is accredited by TESDA for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to provide Japanese language training. PAD Foundation conducts classroom-based lessons to develop speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. Review classes for Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) are also offered. Aside from textbooks, audio-visual and other reading materials are also available for the trainees’ use.

The stage was set and the lights were on. The audience and judges sat in anticipation, as selected trainees appeared cross-dressed for the first ever Mr. and Ms. PAD. The event was held at the NT Center cafeteria last August 4, 2018. The show opened with a fun banter between the hosts, followed by the entertaining program prepared by our talented trainees. The audience were kept on the edge of their seats as the contestants proved their wit in answering amusing questions on the Q&A portion. The event ended in high spirits as Sheryl Dolot and Norman Molo were crowned the most beautiful and handsome trainees that day. We applaud everyone for their efforts in making this event successful! We look forward  to the crowns' successors in 2019!
