It was their
first Halloween Party with a twist of Okonomiyaki, it was held at the NT Center
cafeteria last October 26, 2019. The program was fun and they learned how to
cook the popular
Okonomiyaki in Japan. Okonomiyaki is made with pan-fried dish that consists of
batter and cabbage and selected toppings and ingredients are added which can vary
greatly from shrimp, squid, beef, pork. One of our Japanese Instructor shared
some ideas on how to make okonomiyaki.
All
the trainees participated, from preparing ingredients to actual cooking and plating
their dish with creative design.
Everyone enjoyed their unlimited okonomiyaki.
All teachers and staffs are proud with the
performance of the trainees
