Personal Ability Development (PAD) Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock and non-profit organization under the N.T. Group of Companies. Established in 2007, it is accredited by TESDA for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to provide Japanese language training. PAD Foundation conducts classroom-based lessons to develop speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. Review classes for Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) are also offered. Aside from textbooks, audio-visual and other reading materials are also available for the trainees’ use.
Japanese-Filipino children (JFC), also known as “JAPINO” are those children born with Japanese and Filipino parents, whether they are born in Japan or in the Philippines. They inherited characters and traits from both races, such as discipline, determination, and hospitality. They are also entitled to rights and privileges that come along with being Japanese and a Filipino, and could consider both countries their homes.
