What could be more rewarding than a bowl of flavorful ramen after studying hard for the whole week? Our trainees dined with their respective instructors at Tetsu in SM Southmall as they capped a week full of homeworks and tests. Aside from ramen, they also had their fill of delicious gyoza. It's truly a tasty way to end the week and boost their energies for their upcoming lessons. On top of that, it was also a good chance to put their cultural knowledge to act when it comes to Japanese food. A good way to "kill two birds with one stone", right? Or as they say it in Japanese: 一石二鳥 (isseki-nichou).
